Booking & confirmation

Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received your written confirmation and the deposit payment. Without a deposit, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Deposit

Deposit amount:

  • 75% of the total amount for safaris in the north (Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro)
  • 25% of the total amount for safaris in the south (Mikumi and Selous)
  • 10% of the total amount for activities. Without a deposit, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

There are several payment methods available:

  1. Payment by credit/debit card: via a secure payment link, with an automatic surcharge of 3.5%. This option is often more cost-effective and simpler than an international bank transfer.
  2. International bank transfer: transfer to a euro-denominated account based in Tanzania. Any fees will depend on your bank; we advise you to check with your bank beforehand.
  3. Cash payment on arrival: the balance is to be paid in full upon arrival, in euros, US dollars or Tanzanian shillings, as you prefer
  • The deposit must be paid in advance via option 1 or 2 to secure your booking (please feel free to ask us for the amount of the credit card payment fee)
  • You are then free to choose:
    • either pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer or credit card,
    • or pay the balance in cash (€ or $) or by credit card on arrival.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing (by email or WhatsApp). The date of receipt shall be taken as proof.

  • If you cancel more than 45 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 45 days before the date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 15 days before the date, no refund will be given. In the event of a valid medical reason, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Postponement: possible free of charge in the event of unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability.
  • Last-minute bookings do not necessarily guarantee availability.
  • One Love Tours & Safari reserves the right to cancel a service in the event of dangerous weather conditions or force majeure. A full refund or an alternative option will be offered.

Liability & insurance

The activities on offer (water sports, safaris, hiking, etc.) involve inherent risks. The customer confirms that they are in good health and fit to take part. One Love Tours & Safari cannot be held liable for any accident resulting from the customer’s negligence or from an event of force majeure.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that includes:

  • Cancellation / interruption of travel
  • Medical assistance and repatriation
  • Cover for sporting activities and safaris
